It's an unusual training
We won’t take you back to school. We won’t ask you to memorize fragments of information and expect you to draw the connections. Times are changing; the gap between outdated curriculums and real life is widening. Our goal isn’t simply to provide trainings - but to bring concrete changes in your way of thinking and give you useful, practical knowledge.
It's a real transformation
Sessions are held in groups of 10 to 20 people. The training consists of short lectures (not 40 minutes of chatter), gamification, simulations, tests, discussions and workshops. Beyond passively listening, each participant is actively involved in the learning process. We integrated the “Forum Theatre” method into our trainings, allowing participants to “try on” different roles in order to see and feel knowledge from different perspectives.
