Inspired by the TED Talk format, where speakers share their ideas and experience within the framework of one theme in 9 minutes. The presentations turn out to be dynamic and relevant. This format is actively used to cover different perspectives of the same topic in informal settings. 

A 48-hour intensive bootcamp with professional mentors. This is a marathon of ideas, where participants are divided into groups of 3-5 people and work together to design solutions to a range of problems. At the end of the process, teams pitch their projects to a jury and fellow participants. 

An out-of-city event where participants go through intensive trainings and discuss specific topics. The format includes elements of team building and experience sharing. Camps create the ideal atmosphere for networking and collaboration.  

A role-playing intellectual game where experienced young debaters divide into teams and argue their point of view to convince spectators and referees. The chief referee will prepare hot topics to fuel further discussions. Debate is a discussion format in which participants are invited to learn about several angles of the same topic and listen to different perspectives. 

An intelligent quiz in which each participant chooses the right answer from the offered ones in the shortest possible time. The winner is the one who gets the highest score. The questions are displayed on a big screen and the answers are selected online in the Kahoot system. The format has educational purposes. The maximum number of questions is 150. 

A small group of leaders from public and private sector discusses a hot topic in front of a large audience. Anyone from the audience can join the small group and contribute to the discussion. This is a very effective format for discussing trendy topics and identifying different points of view. 

The meeting takes place in a city cafe. Participants are divided into groups of 4-5 people, who sit at a round table. The meeting begins with a 20-minute discussion of the topic. After that one of the members of each table moves to another table. The speaker of the other table welcomes the newcomer and tells what conclusions the group reached. The new participant brings new knowledge and ideas from the other group. In this way, everyone is enriched by other people's opinions.
