We educate and inspire young people to bring their ideas to life
IDEA Central Asia supports young people in promoting their ideas and interests. For more than 11 years we have been working with interactive education, youth activism, public discussions and debates.
The core of our training programs is Debate Technology©. It allows young people to see the result of their ideas. This is inspiring!
We constantly look for new ways to pass on our expertise, knowledge and resources. We speak directly to young people. We tap into young people’s energy and interests with engaging formats, practical experience and teamwork to strengthen their skills and competences.
Powered by Debate Technology©.
An interactive way to unlock the potential of young people through the development of crucial skills: public speaking, critical thinking, design thinking, research, argumentation, analysis and active listening.

Our incredible purpose
To give young people inspiration for bright and brave ideas that create a happy society. We grow and change with thousands of people from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan; and we always stay committed to them and to our goal; a world where all young people, men and women are considered as equals.
At any given moment, anyone can come up with a bold idea. Verified.
Since 2015, more than 10,000 school and university students have shared their ideas on our platforms. 5,000 among them were trained with debate technology and 500 became trainers themselves.
We see an amazing result: young people are changing the world together. These changes begin with bold ideas. We help to make them effective for people with diverse needs. As a result result, ideas that matter emerge.
What are IDEAS THAT MATTER?
These are ideas based on mutual respect and equality. They take into account the diversity of ages, views, social and political contexts. Ideas that matter come from teamwork and openness to new experiences. Every idea of such sort is a step towards a world where each young person participates in the development of his or her community.
